	There is a pay gap between many different groups including women and people of colour. The pay gap has been shrinking but is still a significant disparity. Often women find it much harder to get promotions and raises than their male counterparts. Aggression in the workplace and elsewhere is frowned upon in women which makes it harder to get higher level jobs.
